I’m Kashif Miller, owner and lead inspector of Safe Nest Property Inspections LLC. My journey into home inspection is rooted in both design and construction, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how homes are built—and how they can fail.

Originally from Jamaica, I studied Architecture and worked hands-on in construction, gaining firsthand experience with structural systems, materials, and real-world building practices. After relocating to Florida, I carried that foundation with me and transitioned into the home inspection industry, where my goal is simple: to help clients make confident, informed decisions about their homes.
